I will discuss your needs with you before your massage begins and make a treatment plan specific to you. This massage is performed using Swedish techniques consisting of long, rhythmic strokes and small circular movements which help to break down adhesions and promote better circulation. Many people seek relaxation massage treatments after a long week at work or to help improve their mental health.

45 Minute Youth Massage & Stretching
Book nowI believe it’s important to introduce self care at a young age. This will allow your child to familiarize themselves with massage and teach them how to properly stretch.
Massage is proven to decrease sympathetic nervous system firing and to release endorphins, causing the body to relax, improve mood and help with anxiety. It’s not only good for their mental health, but if your child is active, massage and stretching will help decrease hypertonicity and increase range of motion, helping them to preform better in their sport.
Prior to the massage I will assess your child to see which area needs attention. The massage will be followed by a stretching lesson, where I will walk your child through proper stretching techniques. If you feel your child needs attention on several areas, then maybe a 60 minute therapeutic massage is a better option for them.
** A parent/guardian must be in attendance with the child at all times!
